For our German branch, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).
Function
As a Customer Service Representative, your goal is to satisfy customers by ensuring smooth communication and interaction between internal departments (sales, production, planning, finance, ...) and external stakeholders (customers, subsidiaries, carriers, suppliers, ...).
In detail, your tasks are:
- Supporting customers from the inside (internal sales)
- 360° order processing in the ERP system (order entry, order tracking, logistics, invoicing)
- Creating small quotations, e.g. for spare parts, and forwarding them to the customer or sales department
- Supporting the commercial department with all information related to tracking and managing cases
- Review, process and approve orders for spare parts and complete systems after collecting all technical and commercial documents required for the proper execution of the order.
- Supporting the General Manager in the preparation of business proposals and the reading of sales contracts
- Keeping documents in the ERP system up to date
- Invoicing and tracking in compliance with the conditions set by the finance department
- Contact point: You are the customer's main point of contact for all questions concerning the further processing of an order (delivery times, transportation, ...)
- Tracking the processing status until the material is available (coordinating the dispatch of orders)
- Manage service and maintenance contracts, including their renewals
- Coordination with the plants in Belgium and France
Profile
- Education at Bachelor's or Master's level with a commercial or technical orientation or an adequate commercial education
- Experience in similar functions (customer contact & ordering)
- Native German speaker, fluent English, French as a plus
- Good knowledge of the industrial sector and technical products
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
- A good communicator who interacts easily with different departments and colleagues
- Dynamic and proactive: you are not afraid to take the initiative and expand your knowledge (especially technical).
- Customer and solution-oriented: You have a strong business sense with the will to find realistic solutions to satisfy the customer.
- Organized and thorough: you keep your files structured and are not easily overwhelmed by stress
