Function

Following the implementation of our new ERP system (IFS), we are looking for an IFS-specialized Digital Optimization Project Manager to support our operational teams during the post-implementation phase and drive continuous improvement.


You will play a key role in change management, helping teams adopt new ERP functionalities and optimize their usage. You will also act as the first point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Reporting to the IT department, you will work directly under our Digital Hub Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business needs in order to propose and implement improvements within the allocated time and budget.
  • Lead maintenance and enhancement projects, such as invoice digitalization, IFS version upgrades, and adaptations of document outputs generated in IFS.
  • Ensure user adherence to the processes and solutions implemented, promoting optimal use of the ERP.
  • Provide reassuring and positive internal communication regarding achievements, progress, improvements, and benefits.
  • Foster a collaborative dynamic and facilitate discussions with business teams.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers.
  • Act as the first line of support for IFS users: prioritize and track requests with technical teams to guarantee fast and effective resolution.
  • Deliver regular and concise reports to management.

Profile

  • With strong leadership skills and a hands-on mindset, you drive initiatives forward and bring teams together around your projects.
  • Customer-oriented and an excellent communicator, you adapt to each stakeholder and demonstrate creativity in implementing solutions.
  • Pragmatic, structured, and organized, you manage each project methodically—from needs analysis to post-implementation review.
  • You can demonstrate 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Knowledge of the IFS ERP system, with a strong affinity for finance processes, is essential.
  • Experience or solid understanding of business processes (in one or several of the following areas: production, project management, sales, finance) is required.
  • You have experience using ticketing tools to manage and track business requests.
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are willing to travel to the various entities of the group.
